We are so happy with the work they have done. They have just finished a loft conversion, rear extension and existing house renovation. They have done a fantastic job; really beautiful finish and they were very accommodating with the little extras I wanted to do along the way as the project progressed. Very efficient and ran to schedule and takes a lot of the stress out of getting a building project completed. Highly Recommend!
Gurpreet did a fab job on our renovation and very helpful. All I can say is him and his team went beyond their duty to complete a high attention to detail which meant working well past the 9-3 attitude. I will be hiring them to complete our extension work which currently us under application to be approved. I feel I got a 7-star service for a 3-star cost from Vision Design Development.
From the first day the job started, the consistency displayed to show up five days a week which meant the approximations given for the time scale of the project were met. The workers on site were always polite and more importantly trustworthy which meant checks made by me were required less frequently. Gurpreet the director of the business was a gentleman to interact with and always ensured any work carried out by his workers was immaculate. All agreements regarding payments and at which stages of the build these would be made were more than fair and timings were also stuck too.
